My friend is doing the conversion and I dont know what the difference is between them. Can someone please help me out?

The headlights are different shapes, as are the bumpers. Just did mine today (test fitted it).

98+


94+


Up close 98's:



And for the rear! (98+):

 

the headlights and corner lenses...and of course the bumper.

 

So the headlights are a bit bigger and angled back and towards the inside of the bumper. The 'Integra' embossing has moved from the side of the lights to under the driver lights. And the corner lenses are angled on the enges more than the 94 is that all?

plus, oem front lips look better on a 98+

Yeah basically... the 98+ bumper doesn't have a line accross the middle of the bumper either... that's the real aesthetic difference IMO.
