Default Used Spoon Calipers??

I just picked them up and wondering Whats the washers for?

I asked the person who I bought them from and he said he placed them under the mounting bolts. He also said they are not really needed as the bolts have the built in washers already. So, Why did Spoon include them with the calipers?

At first I thought they might be spacers (Like what you have to do with NSX calipers) as the kit was made for the EK9(CTR), Are the washers only used on the CTR?

I put them on with the Washers under the mounting bolts, everything seems fine and centered, But I need to bleed the brakes again as they seem really soft still.

Also, Did they ever come in silver? I thought I remember seeing a picture of a set in a Spoon box that were silver. The person I bought these from said they never came in silver.

The washers go on the otherside of the caliper. Not the side where the bolt is.

Spoon calipers for the DC2/EK9 never came in any other color than blue.

Odd, because I used it just as if it was a normal washer, on the bolt head side.

And the calipers are prefectly centered over the rotors. Beats me.
