which is better?

Greddy Airnix (foam)

K&N cone (cotton Mesh)

As far as for a turbo application goes.

does anybody know where to order a K&N filter thats mushroom and flat shaped with a three inch opening?

Go to autozone, they have every K&N filter in an ordering book. Just thumb through it, Im sure you could find it.
