easy engine swap for 1992 civic cx
whats the easiest swap for a 1992 civic hb motor an tranny swap that wont cost a crap load of cash???? if ne 1 has aim or aol im me at PBRrolla i want a lota hp

any motor is easy in a 92 cx..
b16a [sirII] and b18c5 would be drop in and no wiring with a chipped p28..
same with the b18c1 with skank2 intake mani + chipped p28
FYI - you already have VTEC wired into your main harness'

I would say a ZC would be cool but then again ZC is a big swap for CRX or '88-'91 Civic's since they have a cable clutch. But sicne a '92+ Civic is hydro you could be different and go ZC and mate ti to a '92 Civic Si tranny. But as far as easiest jsut go with a D16Z6 you can get everything at once motor/tranny/ecu as opposed to buying a motor separate from the tranyn if you went ZC. But if you wan a godo motor that has DOHC VTec the nyou cna go B16 for cheap.
