Default tech question

i got a 90 civic hb si with a 98 sohc vtech swap , but im using my 90 intake and computer , and i was activating the vtech manualy.i want to know what computer i need to use to activate the vtech and if the intake from the 98 engine is better than the one that im using now?thanks!!

btw, vtech... is that when u pick up your cordless at 6krpm?
