Headers and the header springs where and who??
yeah i have the jg race header for my car and i want to know where do you get the header race springs to weld to your header to keep it from flexing around on the track. i really need them cause every time i lauch my header cracks around the welding so im thinking if i get the springs it would keep the header from flexing so much and keep them from cracking on me.. if you dont know what im talking about here is a pix from the toda headers its the springs on the side.

yes, a flex pipe will be more effective, alleviates a good amount of stress on the header.

I could be wrong, but the springs you are talking about are for slip-fit piping connections. JG headers are welded.
Sounds to me you need to get a set of new motor mounts or Urethane inserts, etc. Or something downstream of the header is too short and pulling at the header->cat/test pipe connection and stressing the header collector section too much. The stock Honda donut design works fine. No need for a flex pipe.
