how do you read obd 1 computers
i was just wandering how i can read the codes on my computer. i dont have a scanner and i didnt know if i could read them another way any help would be nice

A search works wonders but since i'm here i'll offer up some advice.
Under the dash on the passenger side you will find a plug with two wires coming off it (believe one wire is brown) take a paperclip and jump that plug. Next turn the ignition on (not the engine just the ignition) and count how many times the maint req light flashes. it will repeate itself so write them down as you read them....(2 flashes pause 1 flash pause 2 flashes pause 1 flash etc = code 21)
