Not much. I would say, don't expect more than 15-20 peak with a good setup.

I agree...the S is so finely tuned from factory that some aftermarket parts can actually cause losses. AEM makes a good CAI and you should see some increased throttle response but I'm not sure how many WHP you will gain. Exhaust is more for sound and weight reduction on this car. Increasing this cars power (by a lot) is expensive.

One more question does anyone have the HKS suction racing kit and if you do how is it?

we have the carbonfiber comptech on my mom's, along with the comptech header. never got it on a dyno, but there are charts on comptechusa.com
they are great pieces, and the quality is second to none.

I think that is pretty optomistic. 10hp would be more likely but you'd need to add some sort of engine management to the above shopping list.

Exhaust is worthless on this car unless you go FI or cams.

its about a max gain of 9whp. might not seem like much, but it has honestly improved drivability if you ask me. it feels a little more zippy on the butt dyno, and it sounds awesome too. our next step is jic magic exhaust, comptech supercharger with their aftercooler that is coming out and a aem ems.

I've heard one with a Mugen exhaust/header and I think it's extremely quiet. It's probably just a bit louder than stock.

Mugen exhaust + Mugen header = 1 hp gain and 10 lb of tq (what Mugen said)
but on the independent dyno,it actually increase 15 rwhp with Mugen ECU/CAI/Header... so, who knows.. but at least you won't lose hp in this case..
