OK to bed pads in the rain?
I searched and couldn't find a thread that addressed this:
Is it OK to bed brake pads in the rain? It isn't pouring rain; more like a steady drizzle.
I've got Axxis Ultimates with stock everything else (autozone stuff actually).
These brakes have to get done, but the forecast is for scattered showers for the next three days.
Thanks

If you have ABS I would say maybe, but your situation is definately not opitmal. You want to get the pads very hot by the end of the break in period. I would wait for the roads to dry out if at all possible.
i'm 100% sure you don't need to break-in axis ultima's.....bed them in yes....and should be fine to bed them in in the rain.....just make sure not to get on them too hard and be safe....remember you are on a public street....
