Default Ignition Question

When I bought my ITR, the previous owner had installed an MSD SCI Ignition, Blaster SS Coil, and Distributor Cap. It has a wire running from the Coil to the distributor cap. I want to get rid of this ignition system and go back to a stock setup, because it clutters the engine bay, and won't allow me to install my Comptech Icebox, or any other intake for that matter. My question is...what do I need to put it back to stock. Just the distributor and coil inside? He spliced a whole bunch of wires and messed up a bunch of **** inside the distributor, so I will probably have to start anew. Your help is appreciated as I have no clue what the setup originally looked like.

Thanks,

Matt

Default Re: Ignition Question (MCP486)

Got picks? Solder the wires back, than shrinktube them. A new distributor sub-assembly is very expensive.
