Default Gapping spark plugs

I just purchased 8.5mm Magnecore wires for my GS-R. I know I need to put new plugs in when I get them. Does anyone have any idea or recommendation to what they should be gapped to? Thanks!

Just use the factory gap settings, located on one of the stickers on the underside of your hood, I believe. Or in your owners manual. Wires are wires so there is no need to gap them differently because they are perf wires.

is it true that if u gap them a little over factory, that it will help the burn run more lean? Therfore maybe adding a HP or 2.

Kind of sounds dangerous to me... If that is true, maybe I could get in the 9 Second club!
