Question: Rattle b/t header & exhuast
NOT HEAT SHIELDS.. just so you know they are gone
Has anyone had a rattle between header/manifold and exhaust (from the springs I think that let the pipe flex).. I'm having a rattle there.. I think itst he springs and I'm thinking a flex pipe will fix it but people have told me about flex pipes ripping (is that likely)..
I've read in OEM info stuff that is a problem w/ the OEM exhaust setup.. the springs rattle.. and replacing the spring and gasket would fix the rattle.. (nope I tried it)
ANY HELP WILL DO THANKS

Are you sure it's not the metal pipe inside the bottom portion of the header? That tends to rattle at 3-4k rpm when it falls apart.
So you replaced your springs/bolts that connect the header to the exhaust? And you have an aftermarket header. Hum, I'm kinda stumped. Maybe the shifter is rattling on the exhaust piping?
