My planned setup for 5.5-7psi:
Greddy SOHC kit
1G DSM BOV
1G DSM SMIC
Walbro 255lph HP pump
greddy blue box
stock injectors under 7 psi, RC 310cc or DSM 450cc for 10 psi

Contact Zip! He is the creator of the SMC, and the smc 500 or smc dual would be all you need. For the price you cant go wrong! I just upgraded to the dual and in the process of tuning it. The SMC plus worked like a champ!

What dsm has 360cc injectors? The automatic talon/eclipse/laser turbos have 390's and the 5spd's have 450's.
fmu
If you dont go standalone then go with the afc/smc hack. For the hack you'll need larger injectors such as the 450s.
Ive had my car running for almost a week with the hack(tuned on a wideband) and it runs very strong at 6-7psi. Only problem is I may have already blown the headgasket
Make sure your motor is up to date with maintenance before you crank it up to 10psi.

I'm going to run the blue box for lower boost because I don't want to deal with timing issues and drivability issues also. When I want to run 10 lbs. though (not now), I'll probably run the hack, but my car won't be a daily driver anymore by that time (hopefully).

so if i get a v-afc and some 450's + tuning i could run 10psi? i have another motor waiting for building and some ls rods and pistons. would they work and are they good for higher psi? what size piping too? i have alot of 2.5" oh yeah and one more ? what kind of times would i be looking at with this turbo set up? i have a 92 civic vx with a 95 d16z6, test pipe, and 2.5" exhaust? i wanna run 6 psi daily and 8-10 at the track. thanx for any input.
Stock Greddy Kit with Intercooler and BOV
10 PSI
RC 440CC with a OBD 1 Clip or OBD 2 Clip
Missing Link
V FAC
High Flow Fuel Pump Anything 255 or more, is all u need
It's a bit Pricy to do, but this will run 10 PSI like nothing
I would also upgrade your clutch if you plan to do this

is this the settings to the v-afc?
I had my car dyno tuned on the AFC hack with RC 440s and a Walbro 255. the settings the tuner used were:
1K: -45%
2K-7K: -40%
All the way through for both high and low throttle settings with the throttle points at 98/99%. Worked well but my fuel pump made it run a little too rich. i probably could've gotten away with the stock pump.

Better play it safe...
BLOW OFF VALVE SOUND FOR ANY NON-TURBO CAR!
After setting a trigger RPM level through an adjustable RPM ****, every time you reach the set RPM, the SUNAMI will simulate the"psssssst" noise generated from the blow off valve of a turbo. An additional override button also allows you to trigger the SUNAMI at any RPM. Equipped with a 4 wire EZ INSTALLATION guide.
