Default Fuel Pump not working

I have a 90 integra that i bought with a blown motor. I put a motor in and tried to start it but the fuel pump is not working. If someone blew the original motor the fuel pump must of worked. The fuel level gauge is not working either. I tested the wires going to the fuel tank
Green/Red= has power
The rest have no power

If anybody knows about wiring please help.

It's possible the fuel pump went bad if it was sitting around for a while. Do you hear any humming from the pump when the ignition it set to "on" position? And not to be insulting but are you sure there is fuel in the tank?
