water leakage in trunk
i have been having puddles of water in my trunk. all the carpet gets soaked, and also the rear right seat gets wet. i replaced my taillight gaskets from rage... on here. (sorry forgot the rest of his name). i got all new nuts and tightened them on the tailights. checked the tubes that run down the side of the car. everything is fine. i noticed lines on the inside of the right rear side fender area which looks like water was going down there. i sprayed water all over my car, but i didnt see any leakage. but i still see a puddle in the rear (alot less though). does anyone have any other ideas what i can be?
Here you go...Thanks to team-integra.net for these helpful articles.

This isn't a sure fire fix it, but rather a problematic area to check if you have water collecting in the hatch around the spare tire or rear floor board, after the car is rained on.
I suggest you read the articles that relate to removing the rear panel that covers the tail lights, as this will give you limited access to the two drain tubes on each side of the car. You do not need to remove the body panel that is attached to the side, but it was done so previously in this car and aids in visual perspective.

So what are these drain tubes and what goes wrong?
The sun roof has four drain tubes, according to the Helms; one venting to each corner of the cabin. I've yet to see the front tubes, but I'm sure they are there and don't seem to pose a problem, like the rear. The idea behind these tubes is they drain water away from the sun roof's slide and the tubes connect to a 90 degree flexible elbow, which directs flow to outside the cabin. The tubes easily slide out of the elbow, which can cause water to collect inside the rear cabin.

You'll need to reach inside and place the tube back into the elbow. Very, very easy to do. You could also ensure it doesn't happen again, by securing the hose connection with zip-ties or even duct tape.
If you find the hoses are connected to the elbows, you might want to source the hatch's gasket.

like i already stated, i checked those tubes. thanks for the help anyways. anyone else have suggestions? it seems like its just on the right side
Did you check the seal on the hatch?
Try getting into the trunk and closing it. Now have a friend spray the whole car down very well. Watch for leaks.

DUDE, dont bother replacing the gaskets!!!! They are freakin 35 bucks each. I had the same problem and all you need to do is buy a think of clear calk. Pop out them little gaskets and seal the suckers up. Works like a charm and saves you oodles of cash. Put it towards something else. I PROMISE IT WORKS!!
Come on guys read his post, he already replaced the taillight gaskets.

i think it's a flaw in integra's, i get water in my trunck too when it rains, i know it's not the hose or the taillight gasket, where does it comes from then? who knows,

I had this problem on my Prelude.
I know the Prelude body is very different from an Integra body.
The problem I found was the Rear Window.
Water would collect near the top right corner edge of my rear window.
Little by little water gets in. When it rains I dont notice the water till after my cars been sitting for a while.
I simply got Caulking, from your local OSH, Home Depot, Lowes.
THere are these little flaps on the edge of the window. Rubber Flaps. I forced one up and put a little caulk down there.
Worked A-OK
