Default What is the best setting for 63403's, advance or retard?

Well i just recently had some crower 63403's installed and when we had the intake and exhaust set and 0 and 0, my idle was extremely rough, and it would stall alot, so we retarded both sides i think exhaust was -5, and intake was -3, im just trying to figure out what are the best settings for the most amount of HP.

The best settings are the dyno'd settings. Until you go to a dyno set them to 0,0.

Even if you take someone else's settings and use them they aren't going to be optimum b/c each engine responds differently.
