Sup all, I have a 91 civic with a b16a and I would like to put ac back into the civic. I have an issue though, do I use the d16a6 compressor or the jdm compressor. Will the jdm bracket for the usdm compressor or how should I good about this?
Please help me out, I live in florida and it is damn hot down here.

 

you can use the stock ef a/c system if you buy an aftermarket a/c bracket from hasport. they cost around $175.

i had one in my b16 ef and it worked great.

 

so there no stock parts that can be used to get the ac in? So how does it fit in stock in japan, the crossmember is still the same. I just can see spending 200 bucks for a plate with some holes in a car that has stock of both worlds parts, know what I mean.

 

you could use the stock b16 a/c compressor but then you would have to get your civic a/c lines modified to fit onto the b16 a/c compressor. I think this costs about 200 bucks at a shop.
