Could the rattle noise be the heatsink? the details on the rattle noise is it sounds like when the exhaust is lose how it would rattle really fast and make a vibrating noise... it always occurs at about 3,2 rpm its always at the same spot so could it even be the heatshield if it is... does anyone know how to fix it?!

It's probably the heatshield on the back of the stock exhaust manifold. Unfortunately, you have to remove the entire manifold to remove it. Just get an aftermarket header.

lies lies lies you speak of. I took out the sawzall, and a 14 inch blade
