CEL 54. What is it??? [on a p72 OBD2 ECU]
thanks buddy.
But what does it mean?? My car spudders at 4000-5000 rpm.. it sounds like it's not going.. but once it makes it above the 4000-5000rpm.. it's okay again.

This is what it says in the Helms:
The diagnostic system has a pulser rotor on the crankshaft and a pulse pick-up sensor on the engine block. The ECM monitors the crankshaft speed fluctuation based on the CKF sensor signal, and judges that an engine misfire occurred if the fluctuation goes beyond a predetermined limit.

ahh.. ok. gotcha.
I hooked up the P72 OBD2 ECU to a 99 honda prelude. Just wondering what the effects would be. Ran it down the street.. CEL came on.. came back home.
