i have no idea whats wrong! it was working yesterday, but i've had problems in the past where it started today it just won't start

i hold the clutch down, turn the key, the car is "trying to start" but it won't

anybody have any ideas?

p.s. i'm positive its not the battery!

if u checked the battery, and the alternator. Then i would say its the starter. Did you notice any weak cranking before this?

 

apparently my car is "turning over" but the engine just won't start
i dont know whats wrong!

 

fuel or ignition problem. check your spark plug wires with an ohm meter and see if it has the right amount of resistance. check plugs for heavy oil deposits or any deposits, check ignition rotor, and distubitor for any cracks carbon tracking ect.... check if you have gas in the tank!

 

thanks for your comments and suggestions, one of my mechanic friends came over and took a look at it, he said something wasnt spinning in sync with the spark in the ignition or was it the distrubtor? and he took it apart and lined it up and it started again!
