Does anyone know good setting for Tein Flex for a RSX type S?
I have recently had the Tein Flex installed for me ( thanks dan
) and I currently have them set at full hard. I plan to try and test and tune my suspension this weekend but was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on the set up. This will be set for track and street. Thanks guys.

hey um it's gonna be very difficult for anyone to give you the best set up for your car.
if you want the best set up, you should corner weight the car. only you can tell what is the best set up after laps around a track...making small changes as needed to drop lap times...but that requires that you first understand vehicle dynamics and what suspension-realated components of your car do to change the handling. once your car is set up well for one road course and you take it to another, you'll have to make changes if you want to drop lap times. i'd set it up for the track you frequent most, then take measurements and keep a record of those settings. for the street just go with what feels good to you. simply setting the damping or rebound adjustments (I am not familiar with the flex model so I don't recall which one(s) it has) so it feels good to you is the way to go.

Well time to test and tune this weekend. There are no events going on this weekend so I will have to find a secluded area with nice turns and twist to adjust it at.
Do not worry guys there are areas out here in Arizona that are completely empty of people and cars so it will be safe. We are talking about Arizona here, then again those cactus's tend to jump out onto the road and freeze up..LOL
