Default ahh need help with radiator situation..

Well, I popped my hood today to notice a little coolant dripping to the ground, and around the top of the radiator. My car has around 140k miles on it, so im assuming the radiator has never been changed.

My car is a 90 Integra. I know you can get affordable good radiators at radiators.com and such. but my question is, what is the difference between a fluidyne and a replacement.

I plan on going turbo this fall, and want to know if it really would make a difference running a replacement radiator or aluminum such as fluidyne.

Also, how long can I go with this radiator i have now?

If you are going turbo soon, I'd suggest going with a better radiator like a C&R. Do it once, do it right.

I'm not sure how long you can go with that radiator, it depends on the size of the leak. You need to check it very often and watch your temperature gauge. I'd get it fixed soon, the sooner the better, as the efficiency of the cooling system has gone down due to a leak. The leak causes a loss of pressure and allows the coolant to boil faster, which lessens it's cooling ability.

If you are a member of team-integra.net you can get a great deal from radiators.com. The difference between the stock and fluidyne is that the fluidyne is better flowing and all aluminum.
