I have a 94 teg and my hatch rattles. It drives me crazy!!! I have taken out all of my plastic peices and that hasen't fixed it. Anyone know what it is and how to fix it.

Take some electrical tape and wrap it around your hatch latch..

Done!

Yeah, I've got a loud rattle in the back of my GS-R and I have NO clue what it is. I did a search and didn't come up with anything useful. I have a 2nd Gen , and putting electrical tape around the latch won't solve the problem. Any suggestions from G2 owners?

unscrew the rubber bumpers on the outer ends of the hatch lid. Works like a charm. If they are at their limit, you may need new ones or add on heater hose over them to extend them.

They also have stuff like gasket tape that you can use on the body, where the G2 rubber bumpers make contact,
for additional tension.
