Im trying to sell a 98 b18b JDM longblock and I keep getting these people popping up saying theres no such thing as a jdm b18b. I bought this from hmotorsonline where on there sight it shows that the b18b usdm has 9.2 comp with 142 hp and the jdm has 9.4 comp with 145 hp. Also I have a vacuum hose on the back of the intake mani that my friend with a 98 Acura LS does not have. The tag on the block says b18b. My friends says b18b2 or something. Some help please, maybe a site that shows the details. Thanx

 

I think all USDM engine blocks end in a #, such as B18C1, B18C5, etc etc. JDM blocks don't have the # at the end, e.g. B18C.

There's no such thing as an Integra LS in Japan. There's only the GS-R (SiR), ITR, and a single cam model Integra.
