Default Tire Heat Cycling

Hey guys just wanted to know if there is any local places in S. Cali that can heat cycle tires. I know that tire rack offers this service if you purchase tires from them but just wondering if there is anyone local that might offer this servce.

thanks,

You can easily heat cycle them yourself. Search on this forum or maybe the web, but I just read an article on heat-cycling. Basically it's getting them up to optimal temperature, then allowing them to sit/cure for 24 hours. You can do this in a parking lot but doing some small, tight cirlces. But definetly search for the exact article on how to do this. It will save you about $60-$80.

I "just drove around" ( ) on my Kumho VV700s for a while until they were scuffed and slightly warm, two days before I needed them for an autocross event. Took them off of the car and let them sit for a day, and voilą, tires were heat cycled for free.
