Main relay gone bad ?
Well I did the test in the manual and there were no volts between the two spots, and when the main relay was in the car there were no volts going to the fuel pump, so I took the main relay out and reordered it. But I was wondering, in this pic
( which almost looks like how mine was )

Are the only bad spots the 2 spots at the bottom in the middle and the one at top, do those look like all the bad spots ? A couple of mine had some orange color around the solder like in the pic but I figured that was ok. Any input would be great, thanks.

Anyone have any ideas if this don't work ? Basically to sum up the problem, I get power to my radio and everything else but it won't even attempt to crank. Battery, starter and alternator are 4 months old.
Well if it won't crank, the problem isn't the MR, it's something else.
If the MR is bad, it'll crank, crank, crank, but no fire, because the fuel pump isn't getting power. It often is a problem in hot weather, mine actually did it today since it was a bit warm.

I would also like to add, I tested to see if I was getting power to the starter and I was, and I also saw if I was getting power from one of my ignition wires that runs to the fuse box and I also was. The main relay deals with the starter switch and the ignitions so even if it don't crank can it still be the main relay ?
are you getting fuel? check both fuel and spark, if those arent there then you have some other problems also. but first things first check for both fuel and spark, see if you can hear the starter clicking, if its clicking its getting power.
No I am not getting any fuel, I tested the power at the fuel pump and I'm not getting power to it. The starter is getting power but its not clicking at all, so mayeb the relay is bad. It says there are 8 things the main relay goes to, Ign, Battery, gound, ecu, to starter switch to ecu again and to fuel pump. If the soders were bad on the starter switch part thats what could of cause it. I did the test on the main relay, where you hook the battery up to it and see if your getting volts, and I was not getting volts going threw it.

alright then it is your main relay
alright then it is your main relay

you probably heated it up to much, its kinda that wierd thing with circutry you cant heat it up, it can only take so much and then it just dumps out and doesnt want to work anymore, thats probably what you did, you heated it to much and it said **** you im not workin any more. so just pull one out of a 88-91 hatch or crx and pop that bastard in and crank
The main relay doesn't supply power to the fuel pump ONLY. It also supplies power to your ECU. There are actually 2 circuits in there in there rather than just one for the fuel pump.
Yep all fuses are good. I'm gonna check the starter tomorrow and make sure its ok. I can't really see it going bad already, its only been about 4 months. But it is a pep boys brand, but I have a life time warranty on it. So anyone else care to take a stab at it ?
