Default skunk2 manifold is NOT dsm injector friendly

yeah, so i bought that manifold, got it all taken off, put it all back on, went to put the fuel rail on...and WHAT THE ****? ****** short *** DSM injectors (vtec afc hack) wouldnt fit all the way in. well good thing the manifold is going to a new home, but still....it made me late for new media class....****** manifold.

the stumps where the fuel rail bolts to wont allow the DSM (talon turbo) injectors to go all the way into the manifold.

It's not the manifold, it's the weak *** dsm injectors...

I have herd that you have to modify them to fit.... By modifying the rubber o ring that comes with it.

I also heard that you have to mod. them, But i dont have first hand experience with that, maybe someone else can help you out. for a local

well i had to dremel the lower o rings out a little. then i just lubed the **** out of them popped them in the fuel rail, and started screwing down the 3 nuts that hold the fuel rail in. i tightened the nuts down all the way and the injectors slipped in the o rings snugly. it fits fine for me, dont dremel them out all the way or else they will leak if it isnt snug.
