I'm in NY now but just moved from Manchester which by the way is where I bought my last 2 R's at Schaller Acura.

I've also lived in Stamford and Greenwich and worked in Danbury so I know alot of the state. The answer is I'd be willing to travel for a CT meet.

Then maybe YOU guys will come on down to NY for an R-speed meet this or next month?...

Yes I am in CT some of the time (Sat-tue). It's pretty slim pickin's on this board though as far as CT folks go. Monkey_TruckR is also in CT, as is alexboy, but alexboy is a GS-R guy. That's all I can think of, 1GreyTeg is an honorary CT guy.

 

i'm in the stamford area. we should meet at a local autox, they have some in waterbury and bristol.

 

Im from CT but I only have a LS...(Gotta take what you can get)

I dunno do hybrids count? Ive never actually seen a Hybrid in real life, at least not that I know of.

 

where are you from id like to see the civic hybrid.

 

let's have everybody join the party! i especially want to see the hybrid! anybody have a good idea where to meet? i work saturdays so a saturday evening or sunday day would be cool.

 

That works for me. Can everyone get together this weekend? I know it's short notice but I will def. be in CT this weekend cause I have some **** to take care of. Of course I could do it another time, but this weekend Im already going to be there for sure.

oh stock again simply means stock again i had i/h/e pulleys fluidyne radiator, coilovers, polyurathane bushings, short shifter, kyb agx's shocks, working on the car alone took a 4 days to turn it back stock no mods for the gsr til i decide na/supercharge

Sorry guys, the only way you can see the hybrid is in pictures right now because the head was sent off to Dpr to get fixed. Had timing belt problems and bent all the valves. So while its out there I'll have them port and polish it . Besides from the out side it look like a piece of rice crap. Its a 90 hatch and its a sleeper (stock crx wheels even). It would still be cool to meet up wih you guys though. My daily driver is a hybrid also, its 97 integra rs with a 99 gsr motor swap(long story)

 

monkey, stamford? come to the autocross at the palisades mall, near the tappan zee bridge, this sunday. it's not too far from you. i am near ct, in ny, with one clean civic hybrid, and i am a member of R-speed.

 

i'll be at a wedding this weekend, so i can't do anything car related. i've been to pallisades autox's 3x and i haven't been happy with the way they run the event. my favorite has been the nasa event at the meadowlands, unfortunately the club seems to be going through hard times, so i probably will be at the next pallisades event.

 

Hey guys I'll be in CT next Thursday the 19th "Hartford area." Ironically enough I have to pay some back due taxes on my wifes car, get my inspection done and turn in my old plates. So it's not just fun and games But, if you see me on 84 east from 9 am to noon or in Manchester around noon then on 84 west after 2pm till 6 pm just be friendly and wave. I hate the Wethersfield DMV so I stop at the new New britain office...

I'll probably eat lunch in Manchester but could be persueded to visit somewhere else as long as it's near and on my way home!
