Default confused about rear and front springs.

I have a used set of neuspeed race springs. IM not sure which ones go where. DO the shorter set of springs go in the rear and the taller in the front? I dont know if this matters, but the shorter springs are more dirty.

I believe it's the other way around. Since the front weighs more, then the bigger ones would go in the front to compensate for the added weight.
I say, call Neuspeed to be sure though.
