Default Crower Econo-Billet Rods

has anyone used the Crower Econo-Billet rods and if so were u happy with them? i was also wondering, i'm going to tear down my Type S and i was wondering if it would be any advantage to use these Crower rods with my Type S pistons? i'm going to balance the bottom end and build my valvetrain up. i was also planning on using Crower Titanium retainers and SS valves. any feedback on these parts? thanks for the help!

Depends on how much power you want to make. The econo rods hold ~ 400 hp. My econo rods are fine for me, I dont need to make more hp than that in my daily driver. But if you plan on make lots of power down the line i would go ahead and look into the billet rods.

As far as valvetrain, I used ferrera (i can never spell it right) valves with my crower springs and retainers...and i havent had any problems yet and I run my car car most of the time.

Go with Eagle, i had ordered the crower econo and returned em, eagles are better and like 40 cheaper.
