Default h22 in a 97 ex coupe?

hey i want to get an h22 in my new civic, what should i expect to pay for every thing i need to do the job, can i stay under $4500 TIA

Sure, you can stay well under the $4500 mark with a H22 swap if you or some friends do the swap. If you pay a shop to do it, you may be looking right at the $4500 mark or even more (some shops charge $5000+ out the door for "everything" but it varies from shop to shop). If you guys tackle the swap yourselves, then sure you can stay within budget pretty easily.

ohh yea i wasn't planing on sending it any where, i just did a gsr in a crx but ive never delt with an h22 i just think it would be best 4 the heavy ek, who makes good mounts at a decent price, and what else might i need be sides the obvious motor, tranny, mounts, ecu ,axels

If you've done a B-series swap before, this isn't much harder. I actually found it easier than my friends GSR swap. Just do your research first.

Theres alot of really good threads if you search a little, but Ill help you out.

As of now only HCP and Place Racing sell the mount kit you need, Hasport I believe has yet to release them.
