Default 2 things found a very small spring in oil pan an what is the Torque settings on rods on crank shaft?

2 things found a very small spring {about an inch} in oil pan/ plus metal shaveings looks like copper? what is the Torque settings on rods on crank shaft? h23a1 94 si? i pulled my motor high rev motor is knockin spun berning on 3 number rod its very lose! im puting all new berning in it today, i need to know the Torque setting on the rods on the crank shaft?


help me asap!
