GSR head on B series block?

Block/Head combos

Will a GSR head fit on any b series block? B16, B17, B18, B20? If so which blocks will bolt right up to the GSR head without any modifications?

b16a/b, b17a, b18c/c5 will bolt right on.
b18a/b b20b/z will require the ol' ls/vtec conversion stuff
