Well I was installing my header and I got all the bolts cracked then I went to take out the o2 sensor from the exhaust manifold and its STUCK. I'm scared to spray anything on it cuz I don't want to ruin it and I can't torch it cuz then I"ll have to buy a whole new one...any ideas without totally destroying the o2 sensor? Thanks

 

yeah. I had the same problem... i tried to get it out one day and it wouldn't budge at all. Then the next day after driving around a while then trying it, I broke it loose the first time. So try gettin it hot... and i just used a crescent wrench. Good luck.
