Default Clogged feeling

Got a 95 EX Accord. Problem: whenever I release the accelerator between 1500 and 3000 rpm, the car seems to have this clogging feeling or vibrating sound. This only occurred only when it's stop and go situation, it also happen sometimes when you just start to move the car in 1st gear. Car is manual. Thks for any help, if any.

Yes. It feels like choking. Anyway, appreciate if you can tell me how to check it.
I have asked a mechanic to check for almost a week but he keeps telling me that he still cannot pinpoint what's the problem. This guy either not doing anything/checking my car or he is just plain SUCKS! Appreciate your help.
Thks1

Do a search next time. This kind of problem has been asked very frequently, very recently.

The 94+ procedure is the last 2 pages or so, it's very easy to check and clean the ports compared to 93 and older.

i believe there was a older thread about this same issue.
do a search some1 posted a picture step by step on how to clean it...
well if you dont already know...
for the 94 accords just unbolt the 3 screws from the fuel rail,
remove ur injectors,
and the egr valves right under that metal plate under it
pick + carb spray cleaners did wonders for me...
