Default Turbo...N/A Can't decide...

I know this topic has been beat to death by many people, but I'm having second thoughts on going turbo. 1st off, I know turbo, I love turbo and know how to maintain it and not blow up motors etc. I have owned and built two Boosted Honda's previous to the Type R.
Anyways, my question is this: does anybody have any real world WHP #'s for a Type R with the Greddy GSR Turbo kit on a bone stock Type R at 5.5psi?
Then does anyone have any WHP guesses for a Type R with:
-Toda Spec B's w/ proper springs,retainers etc.
-Toda Cam gears
-OBD-1 ECU w/ proper fuel maps etc.
-JDM ITR header, jet coated
-2.5" test pipe
-Custom 2½" crush bent exhaust w/ Mugen Twin loop(too restrictive?)
-Comptech filter in stock airbox w/ removed resonater, and a pipe up to the box from fenderwell
-proper tuning ofcourse
Thanks for any info guys, I really appreciate it.
M

5.5 psi intercooled will yield 235-255ish HP

Toda setup should yield 184-195ish HP........

Boost, ... a replacement for displacement!

Just think what it would take to do 240 hp N/A? !!!
... and you don't even have to re-do the bottom end!

i was thinking about doing the same for my R.. use the greddy GSR kit and mount it on the R.. all you really need is to modify the intake piping part whcih should not be that difficult. I would also use this with either hondata or power FC to avoid problems with stock ECU.. i plan on getting this sometime in december.. But i always wonder how long would this set up last...

I've still got an 88 Mazda 323 GTX w/183K miles on the original turbo/motor and clutch (Mobile 1).

Just build it right, don't screw with the boost and use Mobile 1 regularly (as well as Premium).
