zeal s6- bumpstops?

zeal s6- bumpstops?
are the zeal s6 susposed to have bumpstops? and does anyone know how to remove the adjustment **** so the hat will slide off? a small alen key removes the upper portion and the lower part can losened the same way but it will not come off fully. thanks.

no it doesnt seem to want to come off, even with the srew fully retracted. i havnt really forced it though, i dont want to damage it.
