SMC, JRSC, and Stock FPR ???
i just installed a JRSC and am running the SMC+ for fueling. i connected the stock FPR to the JR mani, so it is seeing boost. is this incorrect? should i hook it up before the blower instead? the reason i ask is because tuning it this way has been odd. i found i have to cut more fuel for 6psi than i ever needed to stock. i'm running DSM 450's and i have the fuel cut by 50% from 5k-8krpm. i'd appreciate if someone could clear this up for me.
thanks
thanks

yes the stock fuel pump. i just found it odd that i would have to cut that much fuel for the 450cc injectors. well it works fine; i just hope its reliable, etc.

I believe that you will need to run a vacuum line from your intake manifold back to your MAP sensor. The stock mounting position of your MAP sensor will not allow the sensor to see boost as it is mounted near the TB and where it pulls the reading from, it'll only see vacuum.
yeah i already did that. thanks though. anyways since this moved ttt, it seems to be working fine with the high levels of fuel cut.

Well, think about it this way...
Your stock injectors are 240cc's. Your new DSM 450cc injectors are about twice as big as your stock. SOoo...450 / 2 = 225cc's or so... so that'll be like stock... If I'm correct, you can use an FPR to raise or lower fuel pressure if it's still not enough cut.
I'll be doing this mod soon, as soon as I get my car e-tested. I'm not sure if this set up passes emissions.
