What Size Tires On 16" Slipstreams?
Ok, my new wheels, rota slipstream's in 16", just came in the mail, but I don't have any tires for them... My old wheels are 16" and have 205/40/16's on them, but when I put the wheels next to each other, the old ones are about 5mm wider than the old ones... (I have one of the old ones off the car, since it's warped as hell and the jerk who sold it to me claimed that it was rubbing so he took it off)
Anyway, should I go for new 205/40/16's or something else? I can't use the old tires since they're all but dead, so what do you slipstream owners think? Same size or is there something else that works better? My car is lowered a bit (not sure how much, it was already lowered, and I have coilovers coming in the mail) and there's about an inch of space to work with...
Edit: Forgot to mention, it's on a 95 Civic EX Coupe...

I could probably run the following
205/40/16
205/45/16
215/40/16
I plan on getting the 215/40/16 for the wider contact patch and a tire diameter pretty close to stock or at least colser than the 205/40/16.

Just as an update, I went with the Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's in 205/40/16... I ordered 205/45/16, but like 2 minutes after my confirmation e-mail, one of tirerack.com's people called me and let me know that they've had a number of reports of rubbing...
$76 each, and only 68 bucks FedEx 2nd Day Air shipping for all 4... I guess it's tirerack.com for me from now on...
