The most beautiful thing IMO: With same boost level I have 50bhp more than with my old setup on dyno 14 month ago. That means I have NOW with 1.2 Bar boost 423 bhp VERSUS 375bhp before. 1.2-1.3 Bar is daily driven and no problem for the engine
Here is the old dyno plot with 1.55 Bar and manual boost controller

430bhp and 430 newtonmeter
look at 5000rpm, there was spoole time. I think reason for low spool up time is DRAG logstyle manifold and manual boost controller
I have changed following thinkgs since last dyno session:
440cc to 720cc injectors
Meng equal length tubular manifold
removed restrictor from exhaust
electronic boost controller.
Cat stripped
here are the plots with 1.2 Bar from todays session:

423bhp, 477 Newtonmeters
Look at the drivetain lost! 82bhp lost in drive train at 280kph (173mph). Thats about double drivetrain lost from 240kph to 280kph. I have 40hp drivetrain lost at 240kph, but 82hp at 480kpH. I used 215/65/15, since I had to low ground clearence for the dyno rolls.
much more awesome, the spool up time with same Turbo from DRAG III kit.....it is nearly 1000rpm better than before. Realy ****** awesome is I have at 1.2 Bar boost 477 Newtonmeter instead 430nm at 1.55 Bar before. I think it is the reason of ebc and manifold + removed restrictor
HERE comes the plot with 1.65 bar overboost ...too bad it blows the tire at 280kmh on the dyno rolls, but our luck nothing happand. extremely is the lost in drivetrein power sine the tire braked the rolls very mich

480bhp is that....about 415 whp
There is not more newtonmeter than with dyborun on 1.2 Bar, cause I turned up the boost at about 7000rpm and most newtonmeter I have at 6000rpm.
Too bad I was not able to test out the Aquamist Waterinjection, cause of destroyed tire.
At least I am very happy with 50bhp more at same boost levels than before and 70nm more at lower boost level than before on higher boost numbers....spoll up time increased very much too.
PS: This is still with Turbonetics T3 63AR/T04e 54AR and 2.5inch dp.

seems like great differences from just changing the exhaust mainfold... from log to full length.. which mainfold did ya go with ??? i soo want a equal length mainfold instead of my maxrev one.. but yeah can't afford it yet.... im going to work on traction next.. rather than more HP...

awesome! what wheel trim on the compressor side and turbine side?

at 17.4 psi it hat 425 brutto horse power. Drive train lost at 150mph are 385whp and at 205mph 344whp. The 215/65/15 has lots of drivetrein lost and at that speed it is so much lost in drivetrain that on 150mph. Last year I had only 375bhp at 17.4psi.
At 23psi I have 480bhp = 440whp.
Not tuned cause of damaged tire. I need to get an 17inch rim fpr lower profile tire on the dyno.

and at 205mph 344whp.
Woooo hold on a sec... Am I reading this correctly??? 205mph??? Isn't this the sickkk ITR trackday killah???
Those are some serious numbers and some mad amount of booost!!!
That block must be bullet proof!!! It's a shame the tyres aren't.
BIG

I guess the 'big tyre' you're running also helped you to reach that speed but with the sacrifice of greater drivetrain loses.
Damn.
to you. I'll be happy just to make 300whp on mine.
What forged internals did you use? Better still, whats your complete setup?

sorry to bring back that old post, but I realy want to know what the highest numbers ever made on a T3/T04e .63a/r stage 3 wheel. 54 a/r compressor? what boost was made?
I guess this Turbo is realy maxed out at 22psi and 420whp. I also think this Turbo is only efficent up to about 370whp on 17psi. I reached the Turbos limit with my setup I guess.
