Default h23a1 main bearings -- how to read color code

I am trying to determine the main bearings I will need. The color strip on the side of the bearings have worn off, so i can't tell which sizes i need. I know there is a way to figure it out using the numbers on the crank, so here is a picture of the crank. I have that color chart from my Haynes manual, but I don't really know how to read it. I was hoping somebody here has replaced their mains and can help me out. If you view the full size image, you'll be able to see the number/letter on the crank i put in with Microsoft Paint.

To view the full size, right click on the link below and choose COPY SHORTCUT and then paste that into a new window.
