my crx is leaking oil everywhere i leave the car at. also the oil light comes on when i come to a complete stop at a light. also it takes a little bit to start the car. are these the first signs of the engine going???

 

You have to find out were the oil is leaking from. Once mine was doing the same thing. I crawled under the car and it was the freaken drain plug. I went to Pep Boys and bought a new one. Hasn't leaked since.

 

check your oil level ASAP. you're probally raelly low on oil, and if so add some as soon as you can. jack up the car and try to figure out where the oil is coming from, it could be something like the oil pan gasket or maybe the rear main seal. try to save your motor while you still can.

 

like frank said, i had a similar problem that turned out to be the drain plug. check where the oil is comin from first and then fix that. if it still happens, then diagnose again till you get it right
