clutch pedal is stuck to the floor HELP!

Default clutch pedal is stuck to the floor HELP!

After I took out the slave cylinder I accidently stepped on the clutch pedal to shift into reverse. Now the clutch pedal is stuck to the floor! Can somebody please tell me how to fix this ?? Greatly Appreciated!!

Did you already install the slave cylinder? Afterwards you need to bleed the clutch.

look at the slave cylinder and see if you can push the rod back into the cylinder.
you probably didn't have the cylinder lined up with the clutch release lever
correctly and when you steped on the clutch it forced the cylinder all the way out.
It's the same as if you step on the brake pedal with the calapers taken off the
rotor, you will never be able to get them back apart. If this is the case you'll
need a new slave cylinder.

ok i got a new slave cylinder at kragen today so now do i just install it then bleed it and it will release? i'll be working on this on the morning.. thanks guys!

make sure you line up the little ball so it sits inside the dome shape
on the clutch release. you can feel it with your finger.

It could take anywhere for 10-45 mins to bleed it with 2 people.

It will be back to normal, just pump the clutch with your hands while someone works the other end to make sure there are no bubbles getting in.

Yep...It happened to me to before. Just pull up on the clutch pedal hard.

ok now should I pull on the clutch pedal real hard or bleed the clutch or pull on it real hard while bleeding?? gah now i'm confused.
