Default Just got my old bike

not sure if you guys would like it that much cause this seems to be more of a modern sportbike board, but i thought i'd share. Recently purchased a 1976 Kawasaki KZ400 as my first motorcycle to learn off of till end of summer. 19k miles, was in storage for 10 years then a kawasaki mechanic bought it from the original owner and rebuilt a lot of it, but needed money and sold it to us. I always liked the styles of the older vintage "sport" bikes and it seemed like good deal so i picked it up. heres some pics of it.

to keep this honda related thread, i put my integra in one of the shots

Whoa dude. Put some miles on that odometer. Maybe I'm just superstitious, but I don't like having three sixes in a row in my bike/cars.

Great looking bike, though. I'm a huge fan of those dinosaurs, too. =D

Nice bike, and as to the off-topicness; technically this is a board about honda motorcycles, it doesnt' say sport bike. And half of us don't even own honda bikes.

Nice choice! I have always been a big fan of vintage bikes - I actually got into motorcycling because of the beauty of certain classic bikes. Once I started riding I discovered that there is much much more to it than just how your bike looks
Really though, this will be a fantastic bike for you to learn on, and it's sooooo much more interesting than the predictable Ninja 250 people always learn on.
Your next purchace should be some good riding gear. Oh, and don't worry about being "off topic" anything related to motorcycles goes.
