Default Will AEM V2 Type R CAI fit EG civics?

I have a 93 Si stock D16Z6 with AEM ITR CAI, the 3" one. I was wondering if the new V2 ITR CAI would fit my car, since the piping is wider on the bottom.

They already made a V2 and to them there is significant improvement.

They have one for a Type-R, but I can't help answer the question if it fits a 92-95 hatch.

I've only seen the V2 for sale for the 99-00 civics... So basically since they arent making them for all the civics, then they dont make much of an improvement over the original AEM CAI?

Well the AEM ITR CAI isnt supposed to fit but it does, thats why I want to know if the V2 is going to fit since the piping is wider. And they do have a V2 for ITR's, because I saw it at IAS, and its hella wide ont he bottos like 4" or more.

They don't have the V2 for the Type R. What you saw was probably a prototype but they scratched it since they couldn't get any real improvement over the original.
