ITR flywheel on LS?
can this be done..? i am about to replace my stock clutch with an ACT HDSS or XTSS and a friend of mine has an ITR flywheel for sale for cheap, i am wondering if it can be used on my setup? b18b with oem LS tranny, ACT HDSS clutch for an LS, can an ITR flywheel be used with this? or would i have to use a clutch made for an ITR, or is it not possible at all because i would need an ITR tranny?

Out of curiousity how much does the R flywheel weigh?</TD></TR></TABLE>
15 pounds. Stock B18B1 and C1's run 18. You probably won't notice much of a change in 3 pounds. I put a 12.5 xAct wheel in mine, and boy, what a change. My only regret is not getting the 8.8 pound one

nope...i used the entire type r setup, pressure plate, friction disc, and flywheel.
i just misread it...but knew what he wanted would work since they can all fit together.

Enough that you can feel that the engine is quicker to respond when downshifting from 4th to 3rd uphill, but close enough to retain stock drivability.
A good mod if you don't want to get a super-light flywheel but are looking to get rid of some of the drag. Again, I have this setup.
