I just got new ball joints put on and whenever I put the wheel all the way to the left or right and go then the joint makes this "POP" noise. Is this the ball joint or is it somethinge else?

 

I really dont think it should make any noise. Did you do it yourself, or have a shop do it for you? I'd recommend you either double check your work, or take to a shop to have it re-pressed into the control arm. The last thing you want is for that balljoint to "pop" out when your on the freeway or something.

 

Mine did that after I replaced them myself. I ended up wrecking the car before I got it checked out, lol. Don't know what it was but I didn't like that sound at all.
