Default Koni Yellow Threaded Suspension Kit

First off, hello. I'm a newbie to this particular board but I plan on offering what know-how I have to any questions I may have an answer for. With that said, heres my issue. I just bought a 99 SI, mint condition, 21k miles on it. First thing I have to do is get rid of this awful suspension that makes my car look like a 4x4. On my last project car I used KYB GR2 struts and Ground Control coilovers. The car rode nice and all was well, I might add that the wheels were a 19x8 with a 22/35/19. I actually wanted to use the same suspension setup but I read into this suspension and was rather impressed. Only downfall is if I want these I'm gonna drop near 1,000 for the full setup, does anyone have this current setup?

Here is the setup on tirerack.com for reference

thanks

lucas

I don't want to be the first to tell ya, but you might want to try the EG+ Civic / Del Sol forum to get your answer.

I have them and like them but will be upgrading the springs to Eibach ERS custom rate springs. THe springs are a little soft for some but they are not that bad. Here's a few pics of mine...don't mind the dirtyness
still have a little room to lower some more

Pic of the drop:

Too bad you weren't in the market for these when I was in Germany last year. I got mine straight from the factory in Holland for $600!
