Default new best today!

went today and ran11.95,12.6(missed shift),11.62,11.44,and 11.66.not much better, but better.the car is having problems bogging when i shift into second.i think it is spinning so bad in first that it is making it bog in second.it falls on it's face and takes forever to get back under boost.also the best 60ft i had was still 1.82.i think the tires are the problem.

just curious, what size slicks are u running? and with the type R trans, what gear and rpm are u finishing the 1/4 mile at? appreciate it. and totally kick *** times man i've seen the vids of your car and i love it. i was gonna get the JDM YS1 tranny, which is very similar to a type R trans. and was wondering if the gears were to short. Type R & JDM YS1
1st 3.230 3.307 ---
2nd 2.105 2.105 -
3rd 1.458 1.458 - JDM YS1 (gsr)
4th 1.034 1.107 -
5th 0.787 0.880 ---

FD: 4.785 4.400 is it to short?

I also wonder if your 1st (3.307) would be too short, the rest of it.. 4th, 5th, and FD seems fine if your running tall slicks
why not just get a JDM S1? it has the same 1st and 5th as the ITR..

i am running 24" slicks and i am,on a good run barely hitting the rev limiter at 9000rpm in fourth.i think first gear is way to short.i was just watching the video and i am shifting before 60ft.the 1-2 shift is killing me.it seems to be a bigdifference between 1st and 2nd.

nice times either way. i'm sure the times will drop even more when traction or shifting isn't as much of an issue.

Damn...nice times. Thats not that bad of a 60ft for an integra. I run consistent mid to high 1.7's. If the track is a little bit more preped Im sure you will see better 60ft like I had @ an NHRA event.

Good Luck next time out.

if your just about hitting redline in fourth, ... with the JDM ys1 trans the one that i am prally gonna get, since 1st and 4th are a little shorter...do u think running a 26" slick would get me through the quarter and the end of 4th with a 9k rpm redline? i'll be makin about 500whp and i'm lookin to run a high 10. is this trans to short? or what would be a better one if this isn't a good one?

that might be a good match.. 26" slicks + JDM ys1 (or USDM 92-93' gsr)
but I would personally get rid of the 1st gear (3.307)
turbotypeR's 1st is (3.230), and his 2nd gear is lacking boost.. probably because 1st is too short.
3.307 is way too short

I think cheetah could help u out..
