Toda clutch failure - pics
It's been either 95 out today, or raining... so, got bored and took some pics of my toda clutch failure from months ago.
yup, definatly was due to installation error. Fire anyone?
{edit} - Inner sprung hub failed after ~35k miles of mild use.

Random OT here... i've also made some extremely pimp *** gasket scrapers latly... a few here on the board will attest to their pimpyness. (buttcoin, will, yack, etc... ) I made a spare out of the last batch... anyone want to pay me for it? Works wonders on decks, tranny case mating surfaces with hondabond on them, etc....

It's doing just fine. The rest of the car, is always another story though.
Thanks a bunch for helping me out in a pinch.

What do you want for it?
I can see the conversation with my son now, after I hand down all my tools to him:
HIM: Hey, what's this?
ME: Son, that's a "D" special. It's a gasket scraper. Very rare. A collector's item now.
HIM: Wow, the infamous "D" that everyone always talks about? The "Shirtless Wonder?"
ME: The very one.

I got mine yesterday... I was amazed at the build quality.
I would say $221.99 (buy it now option).

Yeah, your disc looks different from mine. My toda clutch doesn't have that many screws (or whatever thoses things are calle).
